"Reliable service and fair prices. My experience has been that the technicians arrive on time and are knowledgeable. When I have spoken with Catherine in the office, I always get a thorough explanation of why the repair was necessary as well as a break-down on the cost of parts and labor. I have a relative in the business, so I always cross check to make sure prices they are charging are fair. On the last repair, my relative told me that he couldn't get the parts for the price they (D&S) were charging. He said he wouldn't want to do the repair for twice the money. D & S is a first rate company, and based on my experience, I recommend them highly!"
